customer service is exceptional. very helpful and informative. this is a smaller shop with big love for musicians. if they don’t have what you want, they will work to get it. could use a little more variety but since it’s a newer shop, time permitting it’s. really good.

If you want great customer service and a local business this is a wonderful place to go! They sell things very decently priced and they also sell hand painted picks! I will continue shopping here its a wonderful business and I highly recommend them! The gentlemen also fixes instruments too!

Excellent customer service. Friendly and not pushy at all. Shine is knowledgeable and helpful and makes sure every customer feels like they are being helped. The prices are great and I love the hand painted picks available. One of a kind picks are on display and they are awesome. I will be returning several times for my instruments needs.
