Gresham Awards & Engraving

My mistake was letting the company do pretty much what they wanted and then I needed a pin made that had to be done correctly. I left a pin at the store before Thanksgiving, and explained on the phone and in e-​mail that it was to be duplicated. It had to be done by January 3. The pin was 1 ³⁄₈ inches wide and the rim navy blue. Her first attempt was green and 1 in. It didn’t improve. After several attempts to get it correct her manufacturer in California said she could get her art department on it, so I then had to pdf her a pin and mail another to see. Gresham gave no help. They weren’t sent back 3 day or overnight so they didn’t arrive on time and 700 people didn’t get their pins that day and we will have to go through a great deal of trouble to get them out. She has taken absolutely no responsibility in this.
I had planned on giving her business from two other organizations, but that won’t happen.

My sons indoor arena football team ordered trophies through here. 1 of my sons trophy and medal were spelled incorrectly and so we had tried calling to have it fixed. Left a message, no one ever returned my phone call. I had a child I coached for Little League and when we were looking around for possible businesses I had called this place no response. When I finally did get ahold of someone the woman was very adamant it wasn’t their mistake and I honestly didn’t care whose mistake it was I just wanted it fixed. She wasn’t very nice about it, but did take it and said to come back tomorrow… well tomorrow is today. The sign in the window says that they open at 9:30 I was here from 9:25 — 9:37 and left, now I am back (I had to run an errand) and I have been sitting here for about 10 minutes and still no one is here it’s 10:35. I called the number listed above and left a message, not sure how much good it will do me, but this place is definite a «thumbs down»!!
