This was our first time trying a Five Guys, so I wasn’t sure if it was closer to a sit down restaurant or more of a fast food place. When we walked in, it was obvious that it’s more of a fast food place, but with sit down restaurant prices. That wasn’t the best first impression. However, once we received our food, it made a little more sense. Their regular burgers are all double burgers(so next time we will opt for the kids burger), and they were really good. Their fries were delicious, as well. You should know, though, that they charge for everything separately– burger price includes just the burger, then you pay for fries and you pay for your drink. For 2 of us, we paid $ 25 for 2 burgers, 1 order of fries and 2 drinks. Kind of steep, but we will probably eat here again, because they’re quick and their burgers were delicious.

Meh. It is fine. But the fries are a bit much. If you want a better burger with more local character, try the Local Cow on Main St.

Only a twice a year pilgrimage, however everything on the menu is freshly prepared with only a short wait to be served. Free choice of toppings for the burgers is great and you almost get another full serving of fries at the bottom of your order bag for free…

One of the best fast food chains of burger joints if you have had it you must try it lots and lots of toppings

So yummy. Everything. You can’t go wrong here. I only give 4 stars because this is like twice a year food for me. It’s so greasy and you can feel adding to the heart attack you will one day have from eating like this but DAMN! Is it good! They serve what I would call home style burger and fries better then your mom ever did. Sorry mom! They have always been fast and friendly and I have never had to worry about checking my order before I leave. Just rating this place makes me want to head there now.

Love this place. Whenever we take a trip into the valley we stop here for some good eats. Great tasting food, friendly service, and a nice casual atmosphere. Prices are very reasonable and they always give you loads of fries. Love that you can choose from so many toppings. Definately worth the stop.

Awesome home made style burgers. Tasty and genuine. Same price with all the extras. I’m not even a «hamburger«lover. I really enjoyed it. Massive amount of fries too!

Need a burger to stuff your face and hit the spot??? This is the place– I get the black line(minus mushrooms, add peppers) on my bacon cheeseburger! Fries are a definite plus!

I am definitely not a fast food person and I don’t think this is a whole lot better. Agreed the quality is better and it doesn’t have a drive through but it’s not much different. To me it’s okay food and decent fries but still greasy fast food. If you’re looking for a step above the local drive through you’ll be happy but it’s just a step above and nothing amazing.

If you want a fresh burger and fries with as many toppings as your little heart desires this is the place. I’ve been to other Five Guys’ locations and this one has been the most consistent in prep/presentation as well as minimal wait times(compared particularly to the Beaverton location). Be prepared for the«gut bomb» that ensues and do know the more toppings you add the less structured your burger will be(think mushy). The fries are awesome and a Regular can be shared with a 2nd(or 3rd person). The staff are efficient and pleasant here, and don’t forget you can order online!

Pretty good burgers. Very simple design, and very simple burgers. I like how you can see them make the burger. It is reassuring that it is real ingredients being used.

Extremely good burger for that price! Patty was nice an moist, perfectly grilled. Got the Hamburger All The Way no Pickles or Mustard. Veggies were fresh and perfectly grilled as well. Got the«Little Fries» definitely more than enough! Could use a little more salt to my taste. Staff was nice and friendly, got the order in under 7min. Nice and Clean, definitely will be back for another Tasty Burger!

My husband calls me Wimpy… so I should know a good burger. We both downsized to the«small» burger and share a small fry and drink… we still have fries left over. You can have so many topping for free I forego adding cheese or bacon. Their fresh cut fries are really crispy, normally not a fan, but these are really good and they have malt vinegar to top with. Only reason did not get 5 stars is the tables always seem to be dirty.

Five Guys is a national chain fast food burger joint serving up a burger that’s vastly superior to most fast food burgers. The restaurant is more akin to an In-n-Out style than, say, a McD’s or BK, since the menu is short and to the point — burgers and fries. Do one thing and do it well, and that works here. However the burgers here shouldn’t really be compared to In-n-Out, they represent something a little different. If you’ve been to one Five Guys, you’ve been to ‘em all when it comes to the selection. However at this location I noticed two distinct extras — one, the place was fairly empty at noon on a Friday. No waiting to order. That’s nice. Two — my burger was the most carefully constructed of any Five Guys burger I’ve ever had. Usually my FG burgers are a smashed ball of bun, meat, cheese, sauce and toppings. This one actually looked and ate like a burger. Which is a nice surprise. Staff was friendly enough, location is convenient to 26 on the way to/from Hood, and parking in the strip mall is plentiful. So there’s that too. I do always have to laugh at all of the magazine articles and newspaper clippings on the wall with restaurant reviews of Five Guys(usually in DC, where they started, or in the south). I mean really. These are good solid fast burgers but they’re not going to win any culinary awards. But whatever. It won’t change that I’ve become a Five Guys fan in absence of any In-n-Out closer to me than Redding.

My review is for the online ordering experience. Kept getting a glitch in the process, and was instructed to contact« » for assistance. Did not hear back while I was trying to do this, so I had to keep futzing around with it, and I finally got it to work. Not an experience I’d want to repeat. I sent the request for help at 1:05pm, and they finally wrote back, at 2:48. Completely too late to be of use. And that would be IF they offered any help. The response I got said«Thanks for contacting Olo Customer Support. Sorry for the delayed response. Please let us know if you have any questions.» Well, I had already stated my question in my initial email, so it was a complete non sequitur. The food I finally got there was good, and the employees at the store were nice, but I won’t be ordering online from them again, «Olo» kind of made sure of that.

The food is great, price is a little up there though. Very friendly staff. Eye contact and a smile really goes a long ways. Thanks! A large order of fries will for sure feed a family of three. Little crazy on the lettuce for the lettuce wrap option.

This place is trying for a interesting atmosphere. Bright white with red, tile walls, people hopping all over the place, and blaring music. The service was par, nothing special. You walk in the door and there is a pallet of peanuts, roasted peanuts in the shell. You are welcome to take a handful and snack on those while you wait for your order. The shells end up on the ground, which can be a distraction to some people,(My wife thought it was dirty), or you just think hmmm, trying for the old saloon look. The burger itself was decent, not to fatty and cooked well. The condiments were a nice selection that allows you to customize a bit, sort of like a Subway of burgers in that sense. Though the burger was somewhat cooled down by arrival. I like the fries, they were chunks of potatoes with the skin on them and not hollow grease sticks. I wish I would have tried the Cajun seasoning they had, but alas, I did not. In the end, it was just a burger joint that was a bit high priced for what you get.
