Had a Terrible experience with this company today and suggest anyone thinking of purchasing from this company to PLEASE think twice. They run ads non-stop for bikes on sale, which we found out they do not have and the«Manager» had the Audacity to cancel my order stating I was the issue! Here what happened: Found two bikes for my girls and one for myself on their beach cruiser sale, which looked great. Chose each bike into my cart(online order), declined the suggested basket(this comes up again later), lock, etc… Went to check out and was happy to see shipping to SoCal was just $ 20 per bike and completed order details. Received the«Thank you for your order» email with my order number and confirmation they charged my card… All sounds good so far Then comes the email, «Thanks for your order, but were sorry to tell you we don’t have the two ladies bikes you just paid for and oh yeah we also don’t have the men’s you just purchased. Were sorry but you can buy these other bikes and we will throw in a few bike locks. I responded obviously a bit concerned this may be another online scam wanting to know how you can continue to advertise products you don’t actually have, seems a bit fishy. But, in the end the girls wanted bikes so I said fine switch the bikes, thanks but no thanks on the locks we have plenty so how about 2 of those baskets being pushed at check out and we’ll call it good. «Were sorry we don’t have any baskets either(even though every order suggests you buy one) but we will waive the shipping». Finally, I am as frustrated as one could be with the online experience of purchasing items advertised but not available. As said«fine waive the shipping send the bikes and please send me actual company info not on the site like address and a managers contact. Obviously, I will want to discuss this with them as it is not the customer service persons fault, but I am a frustrated buyer. Best part, Manager emails back the order is cancelled and a refund issued. So, is this place a scam or just horribly managed? Who cancels an order after jerking around a customer who in the end(although Yes very frustrated with the process) still looks to purchase? WOW! Steer clear and find a better customer focused business to give your money to
