Owner is super nice and takes what she can. Its clean and don’t smell like value village or the goodwill. She has really good stuff in there at cheap prices. I always take my children’s outgrown clothes here.

I take my kids’ clothes in here to sell and buy clothes from here as well using my store credit. The clothes are ALWAYS in great condition and have a great price and I have NEVER been disappointed when I leave the store! The owner is super nice and does a great job with the way she runs the store. You bring in a box of clothes and shop while she sorts it out! I love this store!

Love this store! It’s always hit or miss if I will find anything though. Usually when I do find something I love, or perfect it’s just the right price. Staff could be a little friendlier!

Love shopping here. I like the idea of being able to drop off my daughter’s clothes for resale and not having to worry about selling them myself!

As the gingermom of a 4-month old spawn, it has come to my attention that these things grow exponentially in the first year. Seriously, why do they even *make* newborn clothes? Bug wore them for two damn weeks! Then there’s the endless trial and error associated with all things baby… the carriers, the swings, the vibrating seats, the teether toys, the bibs, the bottles, etc etc etc. Now, I’m not typically considered too frugal of a person, but when I discovered I was with child I vowed not to buy into the whole consumer-driven madness surrounding infants. Cue my local dream store. I love shopping consignment, especially for my kidlett. It seems that, like many others out there, you go through stuff at a break-neck pace, use it a couple of times, then it’s no longer of use. So, swapping it out at All About Kids, getting store credit, then either getting something new, something better or something bigger is ideal! Their stuff is in good condition, they have a good variety(and a lot of new, unused goodies still in their boxes), and I think the prices are fair. It’s a great store, and my superspawn always comes out with cute attire or a device that I believe will save my sanity.

Have been going here for almost 10yrs. I have bought and sold more items in this store then I could ever attempt to keep track of. They have always been the best kids resale shop in the Portland/Gresham area. The owner has always been very personable and they have always had the best selection around. Prices are great too! I love that they are now located in Gresham because it is right by my house. :)

I have been in Gresham for almost a year now and have been to AAK approximately 4 times to buy my son clothing and various items when we are downtown. The layout of the store is beautiful but like most consignment stores is slightly overstocked. The selection of boys clothing is small, again, like most consignment stores but I’ve been able to find great deals so far. I will say though that my last experience has put me in a funk about this place. I’ve never felt like the associates working really enjoy when we come in. They don’t engage in conversation when small greetings pass, rarely acknowledge my toddler and the air in the store just isn’t «fun». I’m quiet a lot of the time in there because it feels like a library. Maybe that’s just because I never see anyone else in there too! Perfect conversation opportunity! My husband has also commented that we dont seem welcome until we purchased something. I came in with my husband and son and asked if they were consigning at the moment. I was met with a sharp«no» and was not given any additional information regarding other consignment shops in the area and no information on donation drop offs. I understand not knowing about other peoples consignment schedules but this is also a community effort. Being from out of state, maybe I was spoiled with my beloved shops but donation information is VITAL when you are not accepting consignment items! Goodwill cannot be the only donation station in town. I will continue shopping and supporting a local establishment but I’d like to feel more welcome. There are a couple of other stores around that are a bit more engaging with its customers. I may stick with them for my more regular shopping and consigning when convenience isn’t an issue.
