If I could give this location zero stars I would. I would never in my life go back here. I went in for a simple oil change. The men weren’t rude when I walked in however they were very unconcerned. It took me a while to get someone’s attention. When i finally let them know that all I needed was an oil change they asked me about the history of my car which I thought was weird. But whatevs. Anyways so I go to pick my car up and the mechanic informs me that there is something dangerously wrong with my car. I don’t need to drive it over 10 mph and it needs to be fixed ASAP. So I told my dad who took it to another mechanic to get fixed… The mechanic could find nothing wrong with my car. In other words, the guy at Gateway lied and preyed on me as a young female who knew nothing about cars. So my advice is, if you do decide to give these shady people your business, know what you need and watch for any unethical business. But honestly, just don’t go here!
