Seems to be one of the area’s best kept secrets, as nobody ever knows what I’m talking about when I reference Lake Robinson. Large, attractive lake and park area with gorgeous mountain views. Well maintained lawn and facilities, though the bathrooms are definitely on the rustic side-efficient but nature can creep in. Keep an eye out for eight legged critters in the heat of summer if you need to use the facilities. If you’re looking for fishing, you need a boat or else you’ll catch a catfish. If you’re lucky. Sitting dockside is usually peaceful, but if you have a fishing pole in hand you won’t get any action. Those crafty bass stay far away from the shore. If you’re looking for a quieter visit, stay away on the weekends. Wifi available at the park if you feel like bringing a laptop and doing some work while you get some fresh air.

how to review a lake, hmmmm well it is big and has lots of water! by the way one of the best views in the area! look at the photos. there is a boat ramp and two dock areas you can fish from. plus lots of places to picnic at. here for a wedding that is being held here on the shore of the lake. perfect place for a wedding. now my special recommendation, who would think that a park restroom could get one of my «its ok» award? these do! very clean and nice smelling, sure didn’t expect that! why do i care about clean restrooms? tells me a lot about the place and staff plus I’m 64, yea I’m old and need my potty breaks on a regular basis. if you’re in the area pack a picnic lunch of stop by you’ll be glad you did.
