Totally agree with the other reviewers. I believe the people I spoke to on the phone are in India. It seems to be a false storefront and they take your money for a date they cannot possibly deliver and don’t. They send you emails that do not identify the company and have an attachment. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

After 2 weeks of emailing and leaving telephone messages, I did receive a response.
It was a generic email that provided a UPS tracking number.
UPS showed that the parcel had been delivered — but security cameras and staff at my office verified otherwise.
After requesting that a trace be placed on my package — they offered to make another banner and ship it overnight.
4 days later — still no banner.
DON’T BE LIKE ME AND TRY TO SAVE A BUCK. SHOP AT YOUR LOCAL MERCHANT OR PRINTER.
This company is so screwed up, they do not know up from down.
Turns out they did send a replacement banner — MANUFACTURED AND SHIPPED FROM INDIA !
