I don’t know all the details of this Gym but my son has been working out here for 4 years not and before that @fundamentals. The building is set up well with a ground level viewing area and a loft area where you can see the whole place. It’s a well equipped gym and judging from the awards they are putting out some very good talent. I think if you are looking for a gym for your daughter this would be a great place. For boys it’s quite limited. There is a single boys class and it has a range of abilities. In order for our son to be able to build on the basics of the class we have added a private lesson so he can work and develop more advanced skills. If you have a boy and want to start at a place where he could compete I think you would have to start somewhere else, or at least eventually switch.
