Great service every time! Leah is thorough and attentive which is hard to find these days. Her attention to detail sets her apart from other stylists, and she is genuinely interested in her client. Price is fair and atmosphere is nice.

I have been a customer at the color café, since the beginning of this year. I was new in town and dealing with my health, and was looking for a hair salon that could help me with my color. I had Haeden and I loved everything, we did together. Then in August this year, I was put with Lindsey, when Haeden didn’t have any times open, and Lindsey needed the business. First time around we were fine, so I agreed with Lindsey to a second appointment to give her more business I went to see her for my usual touch up with some lowlights The thing that stood out, she said to the trainee who was observing «the color used on my roots has to be super dark due to my natural color being so light blonde», then after it was rinsed and dried, surprise, a brown line on the part of my hair on the side of my head there was a color error that needed to be corrected. Next with Bruce and his wife a «soap cap» was applied, my hair was only a little lighter, after the salon failed to correct the mistake they did not charge full price. I left without a single apology from Lindsey who told me and all who was there, that it was simply «My bodies chemistry was off due to my recent illness. I agreed to see Haeden for a follow-​up and left. Over the next three and a half weeks it was getting very gold, not in a good way. So I called needing a color correction in about a week, and only wanted my stylist, Haeden back. Haeden she said that she would be glad to help me and thanked me for my understanding over this aggravating time. I spoke to Cindy on the phone to make an appointment with just my stylist, and Cindy said «the whole situation is no big deal, and that happens all the time «Are you kidding me? Mistakes like mine, happen all the time. That not only degrades my situation, it removes any shred of confidence, I had left in the salon. My appointment with Haeden, to no fault of hers whatsoever, is being cancelled as well as my business. I will find a salon that supports customer services, and Cindy could wrap it up with, its no big deal, that stuff happens… I normally don’t write reviews like this but this one I had to.

Just okay. Pretty avg salon, a little on the lower end as far as how nice it is. There is NO where to even put your purse or a drink. They don’t really cater to the customer much or make you feel like you’re being taken care of. I left with my hair feeling VERY dry and while the highlights are good overall, I have DARK hair all around my face espeically when I pull it back in a ponytail and that doesn’t look good. I wanted a light golden brown base and ended up with a medium to dark golden brown. Have to go somewhere else to «fix it»
