I returned a bracelet that broke after I wore it one time. The cashier pulled up the bracelet and showed me a picture on the computer and asked me if I had the other piece. I explained to him that there was no other piece when I purchased it and he looked at me like I was trying to be a thief. I then walked over to the bracelets and grabbed one that was exactly the same as the one I purchased that also did not have the other piece. I hope he felt like an asshole and I wonder if he would have even handled my return if there wasn’t another one hanging up in the store to prove that I was being honest. My biggest regret is not getting his name so that I could add that to the review.

I love the Atmosphere of this store. All the workers are friendly and upbeat. Last time I went there for a new pair of jeans, Jared helped me. Although I am a little older than their normal shopper, he went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and help me find the perfect pair of jeans.
