Great service! Clean play environment! Reasonable prices! The food was good and if you go to their website, you will find daily deals. I will definitely be back

Maybe it’s because I visited this place on a Monday afternoon in the middle of April, but I didn’t too much mind my experience. In fact, I was surprised to see it open. I spent $ 60 on arcade games for three and laser tag, all of which we enjoyed. We had a run of the facilities for almost two hours; the arcade games themselves were OK. I’m fairly good at games so I didn’t have too much trouble winning. The laser tag area could be a little bigger(even while empty) and several of the guns were out of service. The bumper cars were my favorite. There was a strange attraction with an airball gun that I didn’t quite understand but we were goofing around anyway. The mini golf was surprisingly difficult. We didn’t have lunch here so I cannot comment on the food. If it would have been crowded, my review would be different but if your timing is good, you will enjoy yourself here for less than you would at D&B.

I am here right now and this place is the worst fun place for kids I have ever been to. Any day I’d rather have a big metal and plastic jungle gym over these oversized inflatables that provide 10 seconds of fun. My 3 year old is bored senseless. My 6 year old is kinda enjoying himself. It’s loud and GROSSLY overpriced! Games that cost $ 3.00 for something you have no shot at winning OR you play for literally 10 – 30 seconds before its over and you get 1 – 4 tickets. When I see the ultra crappy prizes going for 100 tickets, that would cost a hundred dollars? Pass. We spent 25.00 for 2 hour passes for the kids and we were bored by hour 1. I feel like I have been taken advantage of as I have been to places WAYWAY more fun for WAY less money. Disappointed!

Kids and adults can have fun in here but as for having birthday parties in here, DON’T DOIT!!! Way too over priced and they put you in a little rinky dink room that you can barely fit enough people in. The employees don’t really care or know what’s going on in this place, they give you bracelets for the kids when you reserve a rinky dink party room and they don’t keep track at how long you play, so play all you want… who cares? They don’t! Pizza is good, other then that there are much better places to throw Bday parties!

we walked in and walked right out. this place is tiny and crowded(we went at noon on Tues). It was soooooooo noisy from the tiny bumper cars and bounce houses that we couldn’t hear each other from 2 feet away unless we shouted. My 5, 6 and 10 year olds didn’t even protest a little when I suggested leaving. It wasn’t that busy but they have so much stuff crammed into a tiny space it felt like moving through the crowd at Deer Creek

I just had my daughter’s 4th birthday party there and will probably not be back. While the facility is nice and the price is reasonable, I found the staff to be dismissive and arrogant. Most of the staff are teenagers so it is what it is with them, but the manager seemed to have very little in the way of customer service training. Not a nice guy and he is the reason I won’t be back. I passed up a new Monkey Joe’s to go to Bounce Spot, but it won’t happen again.
