My mom needed a new fridge, I took her to Lowe’s where we go for everything and had already picked out a fridge. Her old fridge was a Kenmore so she wanted to go to Sears. I was just taking her there to confirm what we had already picked out. Boy, was I wrong! The sales guy at this store is awesome, he listened to what she wanted/​needed and hooked us up. I was shocked the price, level of customer service. Sears had fallen off my radar, just did Lowe’s b/​c it was easy, not anymore. Future appliance purchases we are heading to Sears. The delivery, set up, take away had not happened yet. But I can tell you the purchase was very smooth.
