I came in without an appointment and in tears because Robert’s Day spa turned my hair orange and then told me to leave. Nate did such a fantastic job fixing their mess and believe me, it was a mess. He’s one of the best stylists I’ve seen and I’ve been in the business and in salons across Europe. And to top it off I got a discount for being a walk in. I can’t recommend Nate enough!

I have been to many aveda salons around the country, but this is definitely one of my faves. Friendly staff, and Carly gave me the best highlights I have ever had. I’m a little bit picky about my color, but she was patient with me, did exactly what I asked for, and the highlights turned out perfect! Thank you, Natural Concepts!

I had Devan as my stylist today. First time ever going to an actual salon to have anything done to my hair, I normally opt for beauty schools. The staff was so pleasant, even though my hair took longer than expected. She really made me feel welcome there and was great at suggesting the right product for my new locks!

My husband & I have always had great experiences with our haircuts here. The owners are incredibly nice & everyone there makes you feel welcomed. I had never utilized their spa services & realized there was an entire back area I was unaware of.
It was peaceful & calming. Best of all, I had the best facial I’d ever had. Danielle was amazing! She asked about my skin type & regimen & gave great tips! It was an incredibly relaxing experience with excellent results. One of the owners realized my husband & I had been in before and offered 15% off for our next haircut. Natural Concepts is a jewel on the south side for sure! I really recommend seeing Danielle for your next facial!

The owner of the salon was really nice and welcomed our wedding party with mimosas. Unfortunately 2 of the stylists that were supposed to be doing our hair overslept and were 30 minutes late for our appointments. My stylist walked in looking like she had just woken up and was all frantic. It took some effort but she finally got my hair looking like I wanted. I don’t think I’d recommend them. I also paid $ 55 plus tip for my up-​do. I probably could have done it myself. Oh well.
