I do not understand what you’re comfortable? but I think you have misunderstood a very, underlining the importance of luxury nails salon. They work so professionally that I’ve ever seen. so why they are always busy with thousands of customers. to me this is the best one nails salon in the town…

Terrible customer service. I went in with a small group. We all wanted the basic pedicure. Nothing fancy. Their techs were just ok. My tech was sloppy and rude. I accidentally moved my foot and smudge the nail polish. Totally my fault, but he overreacted and made a big deal about it. I was started after everyone else (which was fine, I wasn’t in a hurry) but he finished with me before the others. I didn’t feel welcome. I left feeling like it was an inconvenience to provide the service that I was paying for.
—-UPDATE — –After going to ORCHID NAILS & SPA and found out what a French-​tip pedicure is SUPPOSED to be, I now know what a shoddy job that the nail tech from Luxury Nails did. I’m never going back! I ONLY go to ORCHID from now on!

This place is absolutely terrible. We took my little cousin In to get a manicure and pedicure. The polish is already off and it hasn’t even been 24 hours. They didn’t even let her sit in the kids pedicure chair and they where very rude! The man doing her nails was on his phones almost the entire time. I will never be back there again. DO NOT GO TO LUXURY NAILS AT THE GREENWOOD MALL!!! I had my nails done on 12÷30÷14. Less than 24 hours later they were ALL chipping off. I went back to try to get a refund and they refused. They offered to «repolish» my nails with a different color, but why would I want that if their polishes clearly have an issue? Also, the guy that did my nails asked if I had kids and when I told him no he told me I «better hurry and not wait too long.» I ignored it initially but he brought it up a few times. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! My reproductive health and choices are none of your business. Avoid them at all costs. Take your business elsewhere.
