Used to love Cracker Barrel, but the last few times we have gone, it was horrible. The macaroni & cheese looked like a watery Kraft Mac&cheese and was cold, they brought it out after I had almost finished my meal. The turnip greens should have been ‘turnip stems and ham pieces’. The roast was OK, but the ‘gravy’ on the mashed potatoes was the grease from the roast drippings. My husband loves their Sunday chicken, but this time it looked like 2 large chickens on his plate. He wanted grape jelly and the girl said ‘we must be out, I didn’t see any.’ Come on, how does the Cracker Barrel run out of grape jelly??? Don’t they sell it? They should have just opened a jar and brought him some.
