Pilates Vita Cherry Hills

I’ve been taking private lessons from this studio’s owner, Melissa Peda, for many years, and I can’t say enough positive things about her and about her studio.
If you’re looking for a top notch pilates studio this is the place for you. It is an elegant, spotless, friendly studio with supportive, highly skilled instructors dedicated to helping you strengthen, lengthen and tone.
All of the group classes at Pilates Plus are very challenging, but in a good way because you leave the studio feeling amazing and accomplished. All the instructors are fabulous– very attentive and extremely knowledgable. Class size is small, which is wonderful because you really receive that extra attention so you can perfect your form.
I feel very fortunate to be a student at Pilates Plus. They will push you hard, but the results are great. When I am out of town for school, I try to find nearby pilates/​barre studios. Thanks to Pilates Plus, I feel ahead of the game at other studios!
If a barre or pilates class at Pilates Plus can’t tone your body, I’m not sure what else will! I Highly recommend barre, pilates, and yoga at Pilates Plus!

Best thing to happen to me in a year! I really appreciate the personal attention, fully supportive and fantastic workout I get from the gals at Pilates Vita! If you are looking for a studio that feels just as comfortable for women as men and hades a top notch team of professionals, look no further. Try the intro package or some of the classes, it has been a wonderful experience for me and I feel so much stronger than I did last year.

I’ve been very impressed with this studio. The instructors are top-​notch and cover such a wide range. You do NOT get bored here — they have zumba, pilates reformer, barre, TRX and classes that mix the different genres. The Fire & Ice will definitely challenge you — it’s a mix of jump board (15 minutes yipes! on the reformer), Pilates to stretch you out and challenge that core, on to cycling (where the bikes move from side-​to-​side), TRX and then finish out with yoga. I have enjoyed every one of the instructors and the classes. As someone else mentioned, the studio is nice and clean (which doesn’t seem a priority at many places). Melissa definitely takes pride in her studio and makes it a priority to personalize the experience for each member.

I love working out here! Dana is a great trainer, and Melissa is awesome.

I’ve never exercised much, but because of back issues, my doctor recommended I try Pilates. I was referred to Pilates Vita Cherry Hills by a friend. I tried their free intro class this summer, and I’ve been going faithfully every week since then. The instructors are personable, and I love the owner, Melissa! Her team offers the right amount of challenge and encouragement. I’ve definitely gotten stronger and am actually enjoying exercise for the first time in my life… but don’t tell my instructor, Jessica! :) In all seriousness, pilates is a great workout, and Pilates Vita Cherry Hills is a great studio!

Pilates Vita Cherry Hills is the best studio in the Denver area! The owner (Melissa) is an amazing instructor — my favorite is her sexy barre class and we even do some classical ballet! Monique’s vinyasa yoga class is nurturing, yet she pushes me to do poses I never thought I could do! Pilates Vita has two separate studios, one for Pilates and one for yoga, dance, etc. Beautiful, clean studio. Love Love Love!

I love working out here! Booty barre is my favorite class that always leaves me feeling very worked, but the instructor Heather is incredibly motivating! Cycling is great because the bikes can turn and work the whole body. Pilates is of course amazing. The whole staff is friendly and an overall great environment for an awesome workout!
