Chick-fil-A

In comparison to other locations, this location deserves 1 star. I’ve been a fan of Chick-​Fil-​A since I had my first Chick-​Fil-​A sandwich, but I cannot remain a fan of this location after years of mistaken orders, poorly maintained interior, and inconsistent service. Today was the end of it when I had to repeat my order 3 times in the drive through, had to correct the drive through of my order, and finally watch 10 employees run into each other through the window while playing with my food.
The local operator should take a lesson from the locations on County Line and Hampden, where I can assume turnover is lower from seeing familiar faces, where service is consistent, and where I recommend all local people go to save themselves time and a headache.

I always get a good meal at a Chick-​Fil-​A and it’s a meal that never bothers my stomach even though its a type of fast food. The service was fast and with a smile, so if you are in the area stop by this place.

Breakfast sandwiches are so good here and their lemonade is to die for. Yummy. Service was great.

Chick Fil A is one of the things I miss about living in the South because they can literally be found every other mile. So I was stoked to see that one opened up near my work! I love Chick Fil A food however my butt and hips don’t so I try to keep it to a minimum. There’s nothing like a chicken sandwich and their awesome waffle fries with some Chick Fil A sauce but I also dig that they have healthier alternatives like wraps and salads. I get their Chick Fil A calendar each year which gives you a free offer each month like a free breakfast entrée, soda, mystery item and such, it’s an amazing deal! For as busy as this location is, they keep the line moving in the drive thru and are pretty quick. If you have a hankering for a classic chicken sandwich with pickles, this is the place!

I am comparing several different Chick-​fil-​a locations here.
I’ve been to several.
This is the closest to my office and…
…I’ll admit, I really like the spicy chicken sandwich.
I’ve been known to sneak over and get one even on the days I was «good» and brought my lunch.
This place is always crazy at lunch…
…go earlier or later.
It also has a dual drive through, but I always go inside to do a little people watching and sit down and eat my lunch.
I believe, or at least try to believe, that any food that can be eaten while driving is not real food.
Sit, eat, watch.
Beware, they have a children’s play area…
…so, if you can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen.
I have 3 boys and can handle the noise.
I also seem to meet interesting people while in line.
Order and they bring your food to the table.
On another note, my youngest loves the nuggets and shakes.
Overall, a good place.
Note: This is not the same as a 4 star high end restaurant, just comparing apples to apples.

Exceptional customer service– and I don’t say this lightly. Multiple visits I’ve had, the managers and staff take the time to genuinely talk with customers, welcome them, and hear out concerns. So glad this is in my neighborhood!

Chick-​fil-​a is a great fast food place. They’re chicken sandwiches are delicious! I have the pickiest daughter, and she loves coming for chicken nuggets and the stickers that come with it.

Craig (owner) at this store goes above and beyond for his customers. We catered Chick-​Fil-​A for a memorial service last week and he worked hard to make sure it was right. I thank them for their hard work at this store and amazing customer service! 5 star all the way! Enjoy!

Friendly staff, great service. Very kind in every transaction we witnessed, and strived to make every order right. We will definitely return to this location. And the food was great too! Kids play place was clean as well, not sticky and smelly like many others.

Fast Food. It’s a Chick Fil-​A. Consistently the same. Great Service Great food at a reasonable price. I go here all the time when I’m in this area.

I hate to say it but I got so sick from the breakfast I had today. Worst food poisoning I have had in years.:(

This place is always busy. As being more health conscience this is a great place to have lunch. Today I ordered the chix-​wrap though still delicious, a little over priced on portion size. A little nicely prepared then McD’s stick with the competitor with price and portion size. I didn’t like that I had to put my own dressing on.

I usually come here every morning for breakfast, and always receive the best service. Marianne is absolutely fantastic! I recommend this place to everyone because of the customer service!

Typically, I would slap them with 3 stars and move on about my night. In this case there is a good reason for that 4^th star. Brought a couple friends here and one of my friends pipes up, «hey, you should see if they will take this coupon» at which point in time she hands me a coupon that expired in 2013. That is right ladies an gentemen, 2013!!! Upon examination, the cashier called over the manager, who approved the coupon, probably out of sheer surprise that she had kept it list long! Too funny! We enjoyed our BOGO Chick-​Fil-​A deluxe Spicy sandwiches and went on our way. Love it when even the simplest of things aren’t a big deal because a company just GETS IT. They understand that it is worth way more to them to make a crazy exception even though we would have completely understood if he’d said, «yeahhhh, this coupon has been expired for a couple years so I am gonna have to go ahead and ask you to throw this one away», but nope! He gladly accepted it and for that, I will always come to this location when possible.

This location is slammed. But they do well for being so busy. They forgot one of our orders, but later when we had to order something else they waived it for us. Very classy!

This is a new restaurant in DTC area. This place is always busy and average waiting time is 5−15min each time I am there. Sometimes my one hour lunch is not enough… and have to eat at my desk when returned to my job. Love the sandwich, but not so much the speed and service.

Slowest chick fil-​a on the planet! Wasted 25 min stuck in the drive through. Annoyed is an understatement. Time to go to a different location or skip this over rated food all together.

This is a brand new Chick-​fil-​a and obviously they are going to go through some growing pains. From reading the other reviews, it seems as if others experienced some «faults» in service, however; I didn’t.
I received the normal, «above and beyond» Chick-​fil-​A experience. They have built a culture that surrounds going above and beyond for the customer in any circumstance.
In my particular case, I called ahead on a Saturday morning with a relatively large order and went through the drive thru and picked it up. There were no issues with my order, the young man in the drive thru thanked me for my business, double (and maybe even triple) checked to make sure my order was accurate. Overall, my experience was just what it should have been! I work less than a mile from this location and would definitely be back and definitely recommend.

Between both of us, my fiancée and I have been to this chick fil a five times over the past few months. They are ⁰⁄₅ for order accuracy. I once ordered a chicken salad sandwich and got some kind of wrap instead. This last time took the cake though. We ordered a spicy chicken egg and cheese biscuit and a regular chicken egg and cheese biscuit with extra cheese. The first time both came out without cheese. The second try lacked egg on both of them. They alerted the manager and she brought out their third attempt which did not have extra cheese on the regular one. Rather than roll the dice again and wait another 10 minutes, we accepted our fate.
The previous times, I’ve been offered a card good for a free chicken sandwich or something, but this time it was just a half-​hearted apology.
There’s another chick fil a by the mall and as much as I’d rather not fight mall traffic, it’s worth it to go to a chick fil a that will actually get your order correct.
