Save me from the inevitably burnt roast and the billion calorie coffee flavored milkshake. There is nothing much to say except that there must be a better option. Its not been a challenge to avoid this place but if you are intent on experiencing the empty consciousness of poorly made coffee with your misspelled name scrawled along the side of your bucket of shame– stand on the pretentious pushy line of folks too absurdly convinced of everything to see the truth of this obviously lackluster establishment and accept your fate!

Starbucks should train employees ahead of time how to make specialty drinks so when people order these specialty drinks they’re not waiting forever. Not one person, but a total of 3 people did not know how to make this drink. Maybe they didn’t wanna make it… who knows. Even if they don’t know, shouldn’t they just tell the customers?! Very disappointed with this afternoon crew.

Heads up — lines are out the door, and the location on Unilocal is a little off. I drove around in circles searching for this location, couldn’t find a parking spot, finally got inside and waited 15 mins for my turn just to realize that the wifi wasn’t connecting which is the ONLY reason I came. Starbucks is Starbucks, but this location isn’t the most convenient choice.

I totally agree with the previous review. I was in there today at lunchtime(Sept. 8) and the cashier/coffee person never acknowledged me, never said thank you, totally ignored me and took her time. It was very depressing. Not the first time I’ve encountered this at this particular location. Yeah, it’s pretty dirty too. Update: nicely renovated but now the wifi doesn’t work, as of yesterday, May 12.
