Didn’t have to go to the shop to know that this place wasn’t for me. I called the shop, and like any normal person started the conversation «hey, how are you» the response «who is this», really that’s how you talk to someone calling? I proceeded to introduce myself, and asked if they had any appointments and what the costs were for their services, their response «we’re busy» and proceeded to hang up in my face. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???
The only reason why I gave the place the time of day is that my local, long time barber is on vacation, and I need to get a haircut desperately. You are in the customer service industry guys, and based on first impressions, unprofessional.

Glennn (Yes with 3 N’s) is the best! He is always hilarious, upbeat and makes the chore of a haircut something to look forward too! He really gets to know you and takes the time to style you hair just the way you want it! He made me look great for Prom and he even offered for me to come back later so he could touch up my hair right before I left for prom. He really cares and is a master hair cutter! I wouldn’t trust my hair to anyone else :-)
