I went in to ask about ring sizing and the sales person gave me attitude; asked why it costs $ 180 to size a ring smaller, responded arrogantly. From the moment I walked in, it was beneath him to serve me. $ 70 less next door at Betteridge and very polite/respectful…I know this does not reflect the owner, Rob.

Proceed with caution. Left my diamond engagement ring to be re-​mounted and the diamond came back cloudy. After it was sent to the GIA plus another opinion from a gemologist it was confirmed that they had torched the stone when placing it in the new setting.

I called Rob and he was so helpful and friendly! I wanted to surprise my husband with a watch on our wedding day. Manfredi Jewels was able to get the watch I wanted from an obscure brand and have it shipped to me with in two days. They take credit cards, which is great and made the whole transaction more comfortable to me (plus I love getting points!). I highly recommend Manfredi. They are a jeweler you can trust. Plus if you live out of state, you don’t have to pay tax!

I visited Manfredi for the first time last week to have my Omega watch serviced. I was really very pleasantly surprised to find that they have a watch technician on staff who was more than happy to fix my watch while I waited. To top it off, the price was quite reasonable. I couldn’t have been happier and would recommend them without hesitation.

Ive been buying my watches here for years. They not only have the best selection but a gorgeous space as well. The sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the watch repair service staff is unbeatable. I would not recommend any other store for fine timepieces over Manfredi, and ive been to watch stores all over the world. If youre looking for a high end quality time piece you owe it to yourself to check this place out. And tell em Jordan sent you!

The band on my Hublot watch lost it screws. Called around to various stores in White Plains, NY and NYC and no one had the screws or the interest to fix my watch.
Contacted Manfredi, was advised to bring it in and they would check it out.
Harry provided GREAT & Superior Customer service replacing my screws on my watch band and see Juliet on the sales side.
I would highly recommend this Jewelery store in Greenwich for any kind of repairs or high end purchases. I even left my mother’s antique beaded necklace for repair.
Prices on repairs are very reasonable.
Worth the short drive from Westchester, you will not be sorry you made the trip.
