Very good pizza, beautiful dining room(especially for a pizzeria) GREAT lunch specials everyday, & nice staff. This place is a gem in the middle of nowhere. 12 cut pizza for $ 12 on Monday, can’t beat it. We ate in, and the pizza came out surprisingly fast. Great place overall!

Had too wait 30 minutes or more to get a personal pizza the service is horrible and the place is dirty slow cleaning the tables off. Also the floor is discussing and dirty. The seats are out of dated like from the 50’s or a diner closed down and they bought them. Horrible! !!!

Greenwich House of Pizza is really not worth giving a chance anymore. Multiple times we have tried this restaurant, and we have been let down consistently. The quality of the food just isn’t there, as well as the service. Also, we have not ordered there once without an order being wrong or missing ingredients. It’s unfortunate that Greenwich House of Pizza is not up to par, because there are few other options for restaurants in the area, but as another reviewer mentioned, it’s really worth traveling someplace else.

Our favorite pizza in town. Not too thick, not too thin. A little pricey, but the location is convenient.

I stopped here while in Greenwich in late summer 2010. I have to admit that I did not have high hopes for a pizza place this far upstate, in a small town. However, I ordered 2 slices to go and was pleasantly surprised. The pizza is a little thicker than your average pizza, but very good. The interior décor of the restaurant(from what I saw while waiting) was very nice. The service seemed a little slow, but I was there at a weird time(between lunch and dinner on a weekday). There are not a lot of pizza choices in the area, so Greenwichians are lucky that this place is so good. I feel that it is important to point out that they do take-out and they sell pizza by the slice. It’s hard to tell from the outside(it looks like it is only a sit-down kind of place). Read my profile for more about how I rate restaurants. I consider the GW HoP a 3 star establishment.

Affectionately nicknamed the ‘house of grease.’ Although this is true, the pizza is exceptionally good for a small town and the Italian dishes are pretty impressive for a restaurant owned and operated by Greeks.
