We consigned an expensive Oriental Rug with Charlene Miller and ended up picking it up after not having it sold. That happens and we were perfectly fine finding another place to consign it. When we picked it up we found out that it was stored in the outdoor garage… it was wet, moldy, ripped and the colors had begun to bleed due to negligent care of Global Consignments. When we asked Charlene about the condition of the rug, she said «READ YOUR AGREEMENT» and hung up the phone.
Horrible customer service !!! BEWARE !! RIPOFF !!
