Place was very nice and clean, and staff was friendly. Went there for a Brazilian wax which I got a Groupon for $ 35, normal price is $ 72 (a bit pricey). After I paid with my Groupon I was charged in addition $ 2.20, which was tax that was apparently not included in the Groupon. Not wanting to put that small amount of money on my debit card I paid with a $ 10 bill I had on hand. They didn’t really have change to give me and I was given $ 3 of my change in coins which can be frustrating. Also they probably should have some sort of receptionist to answer phone calls and such. I called 4 times (every half hour) to make an appointment before someone finally picked up, even though they do have an answering machine. Most appointments can be booked online through their website, although you have to call if the appointment you want is in less than four hours (same day). This was the case with myself, although I guess the unanswered phone kind of proved that there were no available appointments that day. When I was getting waxed as well the phone rang a few times and went unanswered as well. Overall the wax itself was fine and normal as a good wax should be.
