Love that I can make an appointment online, at any time of day or night. No surprises; pricing is listed on the website under services. Lauren tinted my lashes, brows and then threaded my brows. She did a great job. It was my first time with tinting, and she calmly explained everything so no problems occurred (i.e. I didn’t freak out and open my eyes). I arrived a bit early and all the employees were really nice and friendly and competent. I parked at the meters on the street; don’t know if there is any better parking. So good that I made another appointment for next month.

I didn’t have an appointment booked but they were very helpful and took me in between appointments. Susan is the best, I only go to her.

I only write reviews for really bad and really good experiences and businesses. And this was a great experience! I’ve always had my eyebrows waxed and or threaded by a nail salon, always less than thrilling results, And have been wanting to try benefit brow bar for a while! I made an appointment for the greenwich location since it was close to my job, all employees were more than welcoming! I scheduled my appointment for a wax, but Susan, recommended a tweeze and I agreed. She did a great job, left them as thick as possible while cleaning them up and shaping them, she then suggested a brow tint since my brows are light, I agreed, she used a medium brow tint as I am a natural dark redhead, I can’t stop looking at my brows!!! I will be returning to Susan only, she will now be the only one who touches my brows! Thanks Susan for your professionalism and your skill! I am more than pleased! I recommend you spend the extra cash for some great brows, it was well worth it!

I have been looking for a place that you can go and get your eyebrows done by tweezers and after extensive research i decided to give it a go. I’m super particular with my eyebrows so i must say i was a bit nervous going there. Lauren was amazing she did such a good job, listened very well to what exactly i wanted done and the results were phenomenal. It was a great experience overall and i would recommend it. The rest of the stuff was super friendly.

The only place I trust to do my brow tinting and wax. The staff is superb. Only negative thing I can say is that it is always about the up-​sell. I don’t need to buy product every time I come in, guys!

I was looking for a place to do my eyebrows since i’ve been threading at the Stamford Mall and my eyebrows have become way too thin. I found Benefits online & gave them a try today. I loved my experience! I saw Lauren for eyebrow wax and she was truly amazing. The staff is great. I was greeted by Jaime and Sarah who made me feel so comfortable. I will definitely return. :-)

First off, what an AMAZING staff. I was instantly greeted with a smile and eye contact from every employee in the store. For what was just supposed to be a quick pop-​in to see what they had, quickly turned into an hour of product sampling and services. I was never once made to feel that their time was too precious to help me with anything, and right away I had an extremely friendly staff member showing me products, explaining them, and going right ahead and letting me try them all.
When I mentioned how I hate wearing mascara all the time, but need to because I have such light eyelashes, she explaiend to me eyelash and eyebrow tinting. After my seemingly endless questions and concerns, which were all answered with patience and never pushy, I decided to get it done. The quality of care and products they use are astounding, and the level of care and pride they have in their job really make the difference.
I highly recommend this store for the staff and experience. If you have a day or an afternoon off and want to pamper yourself with something other than a mani/​pedi, make this your next stop!
