Great tap room in a sleepy, upstate NY town. I stopped in the first time in June and returned with my husband in early September. The beers are pretty hoppy, which seems to be the current style, and are brewed on the premises. They also are serving hard cider produced by Slyboro to round out their offering. They currently are not serving food but pretzels are on the bar and conversation with other patrons flows easily. A super place to have a good beer, visit with new friends and adjust your attitude.

I am not normally a beer drinker, but I make an exception for this beer. They have several on tap, though my favorite is the«cute little blonde» named for one of the owner’s daughters. They have a tasting room where you can buy a sampler or a pint. They have growlers and now bottled beer for sale. The downside of the tasting room is that there are no tables(or even pub tables so you can stand off with your group and lean) so guests with physical issues standing might have a hard time — though they do have a window ledge you could use as seating if necessary. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This is a GREAT addition to Greenwich.

This is one of my favorite breweries in the area. It’s a little off the beaten path but it’s a great little spot. The town it’s off of is adorable The brewers are extremely nice, and knowledgeable. They are working on perfecting all of their beers and have gone through some changes. Their IPA Hop To It is my absolute favorite and at 5.3% it’s okay that I could probably drink a whole growler. They have the most adorable tasting trays made out of wood, and if you bring a friend you can pretty much get everything on TAP between two people.(which is exactly what you should do). This place is a must stop on your NY brewery List!
