Never having been to a comedy club before, I have no comparison to base my rating. This being said, my wife and I took a chance on a Groupon and spent our much needed date night at this venue. Pleasantly surprised, we laughed, enjoyed the pleasant & efficient service, and pricing was better than expected as well. Being a native Greenvillian I tend to be biased to places in our city, but I can’t imagine we could go to any other local comedy club and have as good a time!

Great seating. Really surprised me when I made the trek upstairs. Although the floor is one level, they did I great job of tie ring the seats to give everyone there a quality experience. The show is only as good as the comedian, but all three I’ve seen were great! Service was solid and consistent. I hope this place can stick around!

I’m giving four stars for the venue itself. We’ve been to comedy clubs before, and this is the nicest one yet. Unfortunately, the opening act(can’t even remember his name and he’s not on the schedule online) was offensive in more ways than one. The headline act, Gemini, was more entertaining, yet he is a bit strange. The two acts definitely did not mesh. Glad we were able to score our tickets on Groupon, so the investment was minimal. It would be nice if the website would list the opening act along with the headliner and disclose whether or not every other word starts with«F». Not sure why so many comedians feel they can’t be funny without being vulgar. I’m no prude, but it’s just not something I want to see or listen to if given the choice. To leave the comedy club you have to go through Pour, the nightclub downstairs, and I was impressed. It’s a beautiful space worthy of NYC. Great job!

GREATCUSTOMERSERVICEALREADY! As my husband and I were cruising Main street this morning, we came upon The Comedy Zone. This was one of the venues that I really wanted to visit but because of our schedule, we were not able to do so. This club is a part of Kilpatrick’s Public House so we decided to go in and get more information. We spoke with Kelly who was working at the bar. She was such a sweetheart! She not only answered all of our questions, but she actually took time away from what she was doing to take us upstairs to actually see the Comedy Club! I love her! It was the cutest little room all set up and ready for business. Shows usually run Wed, Fri and Sat night and tickets can be purchased on-line. Besides comedians, they also have hypnotists and clairvoyants so you will just need to check the schedule to see who will be performing. Seats are available on a first come, first serve basis and there is a $ 5 drink/food minimum. They use the same menu as Kilpatrick’s. I am so excited about the idea of returning for dinner and a show at this venue. We are approximately two hours away so this will be an easy trip. Can’t wait! Thanks Kelly!
