Delish buffet that will leave you on your butt for hours. Service is sub par with a buffet this delicious, I’ve never cared enough to not return. Unsure of to-go prices, and dining room is decent sized, fairly clean but nothing to write home about. It’s sort of like the perfect hole in the wall, sometimes the dingy places have the tastiest food. Living close to this is a perfect perk to my neighbor locale.

If you want soul food this is the place to be. Buffet is a great deal and the staff is friendly. Get ready get the Itis right in the booth. Fried chicken and mac and cheese are the best!

Excellent food! Long line every time I went there this weekend. My wife and I were visiting our son, that go to ECU. I was looking for somewhere that served soul food and came to Unilocal for help and you delivered. Ate there two times(one dine-in and one carry out), both great service. For the people that have a second thought about this place and haven’t tried it, TRYIT! You won’t regret it Thanks Unilocal

This BBQ is my favorite in Greenville for a couple reasons. First — value. All you can eat buffet for about 8 bucks. Second — whole hog BBQ, ribs, sides, hush puppies, and the sauce! Oh the sauce. Eastern Carolina vinegar sauce at its finest. Third — unexpected and feels like 1985. 4th — the folks here are very friendly and always make me and my family feel welcome!

RJS is an average ghetto established. There food is alright. Terrible. TERRIBLE. service. Employees are very rude. Ask to speak to the Manager and the manager didn’t apologize about how rude the staff was. She said she would get the owner. And the owner never came out. Would waste my time or money at this place.

We live in Florida but visit family in bath NC a. few a year, and RJs in Greenville is a must!!! We LOVE the food here. Fried chicken and mac n. cheese or their pulled pork. The hush puppies are awesome and cabbage. Collards have a good spice. Only thing I DONT like is their banana pudding. Its like old banana and just not good at all. But everything else is amazing. They have a coconut cake which is real good too! Just go and enjoy! But be warned their sweet tea is soooo sweet but. good lol I just mix it. with some unsweet.

RJs is so good olé down home, home cooking! Just like my grandma’s. Buffet is a great deal and amazingly it’s all you can eat for just $ 7 bucks. The ribs drip off the bone, the barbq is delicious, the hush puppies are perfection — crispy on the outside & soft in the middle. It’s nothing fancy inside but the structures around the booths with buckets for light fixtures are quaint. From the Flying Eagles MC, Baltimore, MD.

This food is super tasty! I came here while on vacation and fortunately had a local with me or I never would have stopped at this place based on the look of it outside. So glad we did though! I had a pulled pork sandwich and to die for Mac and cheese. Such a good choice! Only downfall was a good bit of attitude we got from one of the ladies working because we didn’t know we had to ask for a «plate» to get sides… Oops. We took the food to go and I think that was a good idea because it seemed maybe a little less than sparkling clean here, but nothing that would have killed me.

You get bang for your buck here. I think the buffet is like $ 6.00 per person including drinks. You can even order fresh fried fish… all for the same price. They fry it while you wait(10 mins max). All the food was delicious. A great soul food place.

Had the vegetable plate. Collard greens a little salty. Cabbage very good. Mac & cheese good. Green beans mushy & overcooked.

So the guy at Family Dollar says he can’t eat here during his shifts because he’d go back to work sleepy. I believe him. This is one of the best soul food buffets I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. Barbecue, fried chicken, pork chops… peas, yams, mac n cheese that’s actually good… all here, all good. And sweet tea with enough sugar to give you the sugar. I took a much needed nap after my meal. Can’t eat like that every day, but I’m not mad at it.
