Marked Down Furniture

Absolutely incredible folks! We live in Aiken and took an add from Ashley furniture in to see if they had anything similar. Not only did they have it, but for SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper.
They also shipped, delivered, assembled and cleaned up their mess exactly when they said they would. We’re currently saving up for our next purchase from them!

The staff was rude to my wife and children as she was trying to buy several pieces of furniture for our house. The owner of the store was rude and essentially ran them out of the store. We have bought several pieces of furniture from here before, but will never again. Factory Furniture in Maudlin is a much more friendly place to shop.

Had great customer service when we went in to PURCHASE the furniture and then again from the owner when trying to correct the problem, but unfortunately there was a problem. We were told if we ordered a particular line it could be delivered by that coming weekend (7 days later). The weekend came and went and when I called 10 days after purchasing the item was told by another employee that it MAY be in by the following weekend. Upon explaining the reason we purchased the items was due to the fact we needed it by the weekend that they had promised it would arrive, I was told that that turnaround time is uncommon in any furniture company. There is a reason we purchased it from them and NOT another furniture company since we were given this shorter timeline!
WARNING — they offer NO refunds and the order cannot be canceled, which I failed to take note of until I asked about canceling the order. If you are in a hurry or ever think you may change your mind, just be aware before making a purchase. To their credit, the owner explained the delay came once the item had gone to freight and before they could track it down to get it shipped to the store. He apologized for the misunderstanding and arranged delivery at his expense to compensate for their error.
