I would never recommend George Leweke. He has not given me the rent due several times. He has been withholding rents for 60, 90, and even 120 days. He does not answer phone messages. He has managed my property for a year now and has been late in forwarding rent for more than half that time.

George Leweke has managed our property for five years. We are out of state and depend on having someone local for this task. George is old fashioned in his ways, no cell phone, no email, and doesnt post ads online, preferring the newspaper. This sometimes causes issue in reaching him and can delay applicants for the property. When the property is rented George handles all of the tenant needs and any repairs.
In the last year we have been less than satisfied with his way of handling the property, tenants, or working with us. We have been unable to reach him for some time now, he has stopped sending receipts for repairs, he has stopped sending the rent payments, our current tenants are not happy, and we think its time to severe the business relationship. It worked fine for the first few years, however has seriously declined. I cannot in good conscience recommend him for owners or renters.
