Firehouse Subs

I reserve 5 stars for mind-​blowing, otherwise this would have deserved a 5.
A. Atmosphere– clean, well-​themed (not over the top), friendly (greeted at the the door).
B. Selection — I did notice that ham and Turkey were the base of the majority of their menu selections but the variations available said combo was impressive.
C. Pricing — for two combos one of them adding bacon it came to $ 23 and change, so a little pricy but not far off the mark from any other sandwich train. And I’m not sure but they may do community donations… Don’t quote me in that.
D. Quality — I will start with the bread, because let’s face it all sandwich lovers know the bread can make or break the sandwich, that being said the bread was awesome. I was pleasantly surprised. It has been a long time since I found a sub on quality bread. As for the rest of the sandwich also a pleasant surprise. The ingredient were well ordered and stacked and it was just the right combination of ingredients.
Overall good experience. Good food. I highly recommend.

You can’t get a better sub than Firehouse. Period. Hands down. Seriously, folks, it’s fantastic. The Smokehouse Brisket will make you want to find someone to punch in the face, it’s so good.

Great food! Great service. Great atmosphere. Eat here every chance I get. You should too! Today I had the #10 Smokehouse Brisket combo but you can’t go wrong with any of it.

This is not the best firehouse I have been to but I love their subs. The hook and ladder is great! Best eaten when hot
