I really don’t understand this place. The chicken is hot and spicy without any flavor at all. It just doesn’t make any sense to me how that’s even possible. The staff is reasonably friendly, but I can’t get past the taste. What a shame.

Bojangles’ is pretty famous, so I was looking forward to trying it out. It was disappointing. I was the only customer except for the drive thru, but it took several minutes to get my food. The food was obviously old — the chicken strips were dried out and flavorless, and showed the telltale signs that they’d been sitting around all day. I’m in SC for another couple months so I might give Bojangles another try, but not this one. As someone who loves fried chicken, this place is currently at the bottom of the list of places I’ve tried here.
