Spend your money elsewhere. The website states that they open at 9. They do not. They actually open around 10 or so. Don’t bother sitting in the parking lot waiting for someone to open the door, just call and ask what time will they be there. I advise you to pay with a money order as they deposit checks whenever they feel like it.

Find a different storage facility.
There are dozens in the Greenville area, and they all charge about the same price. THREE TIMES they have mistakenly locked me out of my 2 storage units that I have with them. Imagine loading up your car to put away all of your Christmas decorations, and being locked out of your unit that you pay good money for.
These people have a really hard time keeping their billing organized, and communicating with you if they have any questions. With so many storage options in Greenville, don’t choose AAA. You will be in for a world of hurt.
