My husband and I were in the area on vacation, and he managed to step on his glasses, breaking them completely. We called the store in the morning, got an appointment for an hour and a half later. When we went in, we were on a tight schedule, because we had reservations back at our hotel for an activity we had already pre-​paid. So, we asked them if we could be out of there in an hour. They said they would sure try, and they did! They were very professional, they didn’t try any of the annoying upselling you sometimes get at eyeglass stores, and they had the glasses ready for pick up the following morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I can’t recommend them enough.
