Wendy’s

I visited this Wendy’s location today and I was shocked the unprofessional behavior displayed by one of the staff members. Sherry took my order and she was very professional and courteous. She even told me about the survey and how I could get $ 2.00 off my next salad. There was another young who was mopping the floor. She was loud, crass and very unprofessional. She was yelling about someone coming in from another store who didn’t mop the floors well. I understand you were upset about it but yelling about it in front of customers is not the way to handle it. You never speak negatively about a team mate in front of customers. I was very disgusted by her behavior. I felt as though she did not represent Wendy’s well. Sherry, who rang up my food, was very professional and very courteous.

Today was a good day for Chili. The wind was whipping and the air was cold. It hit the spot. My friend had their new spicy pulled pork sandwich. He said it was really good.
