I do not recommend buying a house through Wade Jurney Homes. I was supposed to close on mine back in May and am still waiting (end of July) The inspection has failed 4 times.
When we spoke with the office they said they contract the builders so it’s not really their fault (even though they contracted them). Everyone just points blame to the next person, right down to the inspector is just a jerk. If you are in the market of looking for a home I recommend getting a shack in a swamp over Wade Jurney Homed and putting yourself through this type of headache.

This company has the worst customer service of any that I have dealt with in the real estate profession. No responses to phone calls or emails, it is like nobody exists to speak with after you pay your deposit and go under contract. Facebook is full of bad reviews also

This company has no customer service whatsoever! We signed our contract in May and we still are not in our home! They refuse to do anything to accommodate for their broken promises.
