I actually thought we had found a good verizon store because the staff we have worked with here have been great. Unfortunately I recently had to deal with the store manager, Kat. She has to have the worst customer service I have had to deal for a while. She makes bad excuses for poor service and was entirely unhelpful. I would recommend this store if it wasn’t for her but with her there I have serious questions about anyone getting good and respectful service here. My recommendation to verizon would be fire her yesterday and promote one of the good staff there.

Fantastic employees at this location. We brought my wife’s phone in twice in 3 days and they more than helped us each time without hesitation or trying to sell us anything. One employee even upgraded our data and cloud storage on our plan at no cost to us. I will definitely return here for phones and service.

Like most Verizon stores, it was very painful to accomplish anything here. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Apparently, you only need a pulse to work here. All I wanted to do was buy a contract-free iPhone. Pretty straightforward, right? Wrong. The guy«helping» me couldn’t have been more disengaged. Then he proceeds to activate the phone, which was for my wife, without asking me if wanted him to do this. When I questioned why he was doing this he claimed he had to. The explanation I got for why he had to do this was that the FCC required him to. I call BS on this because I have ordered a phone online from Verizon and no activation occurred prior to receiving the phone. If you’re planning on buying anything from Verizon, do yourself a favor and buy it online.

4.5 stars This has been my preferred Verizon store in the Greensboro area for several years. Though it can get quite busy at times, the sales staff is good about acknowledging everyone who walks in the door. They will let you browse to your heart’s content sans pressure and have been able to answer any questions(about phones, plans, pricing, etc.) I’ve thrown at them. None of the associates I have dealt with have been rude, and most have been quite helpful. If you have to deal with Verizon for any reason, you could do far worse than this location.

My stars aren’t working in my app. It gets 4.5*** I didn’t want to go but my friend needed help choosing an iPhone 5s. You can’t do much there w/o a salesperson and we got lucky with a young man who had the patience of a saint. We got her hooked up with the size, color, package and tchotchkes she wanted plus a few extras. They let her take the phone Holder to her car to try it out. Salesguy was great, even when she couldn’t recall her apple pass or the security questions. Favorite car? Really? He helped her with the email pass reset and we spent about 45 minutes. I had set aside 1.5 hours. He answered and showed and finally fixed the wrong name that showed up in caller ID. Was anticipating a trying experience it was fun but expensive but worthwhile because she’s happy.
