I unfortunately just got acquainted with this group. Nobody likes to have to call a tow truck but when Sparky(my ’04 grand am) decided he didn’t want to start this afternoon, I called my insurance company and they contacted Triad Towing to pick him up. They stated they would be there within 40 minutes and they arrived in 30(I’ll wait 5 hours as long as you are honest and tell me it will take that long) — major points on the honesty and promptness. The gentleman was very nice, hooked my car up, and took it to my mechanic without any problems. Would contact them again(but, you know, hopefully not).
