Do not move here. Extremely overpriced, isolated and strange. Hundreds of rules during the day, none at night. They are also very conniving, with tons of charges and hidden fees for everything. The place is built cheaply and they will try to blame you for everything, even the broken, cheap furniture they deliver to your place if you rent a furnished place.

I have lived here about 7 months and it’s awful. It looks great at first, but just like crap from walmart looks nice at first, it falls apart. It’s not from misuse, but not done correctly initially. We can’t regulate the heat when it’s cold because there’s no insulation. The neighbors are so loud! If I wanted to live in a dorm again I would go back to college. I just went outside to knock on my neighbor’s door and it was coming from multiple apartments at once. Absolutely nothing is done when they say it will be and notice is very short– less than 24 hours sometimes. The walls are so thin. I can hear every conversation. I seriously feel like I’m back in college and it’s run by the RA’s. I would not recommend living here ever.

I moved in about a month ago and I love the place. The apartments are all upgraded and they even offer stained cement floors, which I love. The staff is awesome!!! I am new to Greensboro they have really made the transition easy. Not only did they meet me at the office so I could get my keys three hours after they had already closed on a Friday night, but they also taken the time to help direct me around the area. The place is wonderful, I highly recommend this complex.

I highly recommend the Gardens at Anthony House to anyone looking for a safe, well kept apartment complex with all of the best amenities in the Greensboro area. I have lived there for almost two years and have enjoyed every minute of it. The office staff is super friendly and accommodating, and the maintenance staff is probably the best I have ever had to deal with. The apartments might be higher priced than others in Greensboro, but well worth it.
Check out the Gardens, I know you won’t be disappointed !
