I must say that the lack of competition allows mediocrity to be acceptable. This place is clueless about customer service and delivers a terrible experience.
1. The lady collecting money has a major attitude and made me wonder if she wanted our business. (We were attending a birthday party)
2. Not good for little kid parties. Zero help from the staff. Certainly not high energy. Even the DJ made me wonder if he wanted to be there.
3. No assistance with adjusting wheels to assist with little kids learning how to skate. was told it is against their policy. (Although this is fairly standard practice in most rinks)
4. Snack bar was extremely limited.
Overall lack luster experience. I hope competition increases in this area to force them to either do better or close down.

Great and was awesome since I was little kid and still is for my kids! Great customer service and great to raise funds for schools and birthday party’s !

Very poor service standards. Had a birthday party for my 8 yr old. Got there about 10 min before party was to start and got an attitude and comment that the party didn’t start until 10 am and that their staff was not there yet. This ate into my daughter’s party time, then they had the nerve to end it early by 5 min. No assistance whatsoever with the party. The only thing they provided was some drinks. We asked for Diet Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, and Sprite. She brought them out in cups for the kids with no way to tell the difference between colas.
I would not suggest this as a location for your child’s birthday party.
