I love sisters on Tate. A very cute boutique for handmade jewelry, fun nicknaks, funny socks and so much more. I go here for all of the presents I get for friends and family back in Wilmington. Reasonably priced for the unique jewelry. And their tapestries are fantastic! Check them out on Tuesdays, you’ll be getting a great deal on a tapestry!

A near miss. This place is so cute and spacious. Earrings, necklaces, rings and bracelets galore. And you know what? They all started to look the same. Very much on the ball with the skull charm trend. And the tusk necklace trend. And the bohemian bangle trend. And the chandelier earrings trend. All very beautiful for sure, but nothing caught me as truly a unique find. Maybe my expectations were too high. But the prices seemed a bit steep to me. I didn’t see a single piece that couldn’t be bought elsewhere for less. Thank goodness I saw the scarves in the back. And now THESE are gorgeous! Great reversible patterns.
I walked out happy. And I’m good with that.

This is such a cute store. They sell a lot of trendy clothes that have a free-​flowing slightly hippy feel to them. Slightly more than I usually spend on clothes and jewelery, but it’s good quality stuff. It’s also locally owed and the staff is so helpful and polite – it’s absolutely worth the few extra dollars.

I like the hip, friendly staff and eclectic, trendy affordable clothes, jewelry & gifts. You can bring in your favorite beverage from the local coffee shops. Check out the art at UNCG’s Weatherspoon Art Gallery while on the street and have lunch at Boba House too. Sisters— bedazzling for 20 years & Tate St. eternally entertaining!

I love this Tate Street shop for gifts & jewelry. They have some amusing magnets, some sunglasses, caps, handmade bicycle bracelets, & other fun things. My husband has bought me a couple of pretty silver rings here too.

I visited this shop today after we ate at Boba House next-​door. They have a pretty good/​eclectic selection of mostly handmade items, and the jewelry prices in particular are incredibly reasonable. Also, the woman working there was very friendly.

One of my favorite places to shop ever! I They have affordable, unique, fun pieces that are perfect for gifts or treats for yourself. I no longer live in Greensboro but I try and stop in whenever I’m home visiting!

An adorable, independent boutique that carries local and handmade items, along with imported kitsch, and unique clothing and accessories. Besides the Yanceyville Curb Market, my favorite place for gifts. Although located alongside UNCG, the store has a wide appeal beyond college age. Its staff is darling and helpful. You can get coupons and special sales notices if you sign up for their email list.

I’m so in love with this affordable, trendy, cute and handmade-​ish jewlery (example: a bike-​spoke infinity bracelet) and clothing store. From necklaces with a rugged gem set in them to triangle, stackable rings, to little coral earrings and starfish bracelets. You will leave here with something unique yet trendy. They also have comfortable shift dresses, cute knit hats, and rainbow, lace shorts. Their selection is wonderful! I also like that they let you browse without creeping on you. A cute place to buy x-​mas, wedding, birthday, or surprise gifts.
