We have bought a Samsung fridge, a Kenmore elite washer, and a high end electric dryer from them. Although they are dinged (why they are there in the first place) all three are functioning the way they are expected to. We would not have gotten this expensive appliances at full retail. We moved up several levels due to the steep discounts. Our GE Profile over the range microwave had an issue under warranty but they handled it effectively and without any cost to us. It has been running flawlessly for the past several years. Check the appliance out carefully and you will a solid bargain as the result of a ding or two.

Went there yesterday and purchased a refrigerator being told I would have a one year warranty on the refrigerator. While making plans for delivery a manager came out and said there would be no warranty no guarantee that I was buying it as it. I quickly had them refund me. Terrible customer service and now I could never trust them.

I have bought a few products from here and have had no issues with them breaking. In fact, they have been on sale both times and I got back in later that same day to buy the same thing or the next day, because I only buy one product at a time to try it out and see if I like it and it suits my needs first.

Come here if you don’t care about customer service. They have some good deals, but the service is slow. This outlet is short-​staffed. I bought a refrigerator and returned it. I found out after the fact that this store has a 15% restocking fee. Three weeks after the refrigerator was returned, I had to call Capital One and Sears twice to try and get my refund. Still waiting on my refund which I am paying interest on!

Our washing machine died one Sunday morning as we were preparing to leave town for a month. We didn’t have much time to look for a new washing machine and we didn’t want to spend out entire vacation fund on it either. We went to the Sear’s outlet store and purchased a new Kenmore Elite front loader. It had a scratch on top, but hey, it’s a washing machine that’s hidden away in the laundry room. We got it for an exceptionally low price and it’s worked like a champ for the past three years. We’ll definitely go back when the dryer dies!

I purchased a washer from this outlet and within 3 days it broke. I purchased the «extra» warranty however when I called it would be 3 weeks before they could schedule me. I returned the washer and received another one. Within hours the new one was leaking water on the floor. Quality control is obviously nonexistent. Worst customer service experience I have ever encountered.
