I cannot recommend this staff enough. This is my second trip to this location, both times with Jacob assisting me. He is an absolute sweetheart — kind, courteous, informative and patient. The first time I simply needed a box spring. He helped me load the box into my truck and even gave me his own personal rope to tie it with. When I needed to buy a mattress, I went back just to work with him. He was again patient and kind. Excellent customer service!

Since Unilocal has decided to delete negative reviews on it perferred partners and companies it does business with I figured another review was due. Mattress Firm on lawndale next target in Greensboro NC is the worst most unreliable retailer in the city. in 2007 I purchase a tempurpedic mattress. The mattress caused unbelivable back pain and I was told I could return it which turned out was untrue. Mattress firm said it came with a full tempurpedic warranty however, Tempurpedic, whos customer service is first class said that Mattress firm regularly sells used then sanitized mattresses at a discount. They cannot and would not warrant these, so long store short. Mattress firm lied about the warranty and HONESTLY sold me a USED Mattress… They would not do anything about the issues and tempurpedic picked up the slack.
DO not purchase from mattress firm here or any other location. It has been widely televised that they sell used mattresses, GOOGLE, Mattress Firm used mattresses.
