My name is from another disappointed business I had experienced but this business was great dealing with the problems I had with my teeth and gums when I was pregnant with my child. Thank you for being a great business

I recently had a need for oral surgery. For someone who had their wisdom teeth out at 15, I was not looking forward to another oral surgery. I came across Lane & Associates, specifically Dr. Milewski, one of their oral surgeons. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. The nurses were all very intelligent and proactive, and Dr. Milewski made sure to answer any questions I had in the consultation, and even talk with me before my surgery began. If you find yourself needing oral surgery, I recommend Lane & Associates 100%.

Overall, they are really good. My hygienist, Jennifer, always remembers me and cleans my teeth quickly. Scheduling and rescheduling appointments are a nightmare because they are always busy. They’re also pretty slow about releasing forms to other Lane and Associates locations after you give them authorization.

This is the closest Dentist to my apartment, so I thought it would be okay to go here. I will start by saying the ladies here are so nice and polite! I came in February for a consult about my wisdom teeth coming in. This was a little tough cuz back at the beginning of the year the oral surgeon was only there on Tuesdays(now he is there Tuesdays and Thursdays) I couldn’t make an appointment right away because I was in school and I didn’t want to miss days. I put things off but finally made an appointment and got my wisdom teeth taken out this morning. This was my first ‘major’ type of surgery ever so I was extremely nervous, but my oral surgeon was very nice and answered all of my questions. I loved the assistants in the room with me. One even let me hold and squeeze her hand while the IV was being put in. Soon I was out and when I was waking back up they were putting gauze in my mouth. One assistant helped me up and into a wheelchair, and wheeled me outside where my husband had pulled the car around. She was very helpful getting me into the car and buckling me in. Even though this was my first procedure under sedation, it was well taken care of with the staff here. I have not had a basic cleaning here, but I recommend them to anyone!

I am probably one of the few people that loves going to the dentist. I could go daily to get my teeth cleaned. I am a dental dork, what can I say? Having said that, this location and practice continues to be a pleasant experience. I actually started coming here because of an insurance change a few years ago. I guess things do happen for a reason. I have come 5 times to this location. Today I got in early because of a missed appointment. I saw a different hygienist today because the two that I have seen in the past are both out on maternity leave. It seems they try to keep patients with the same staff. I also saw a different doctor this time for whatever reason. Again, a great and pleasant experience. Both were just as personable and talkative as the two I usually have. She even offered to set up my future appointment with any of my original two hygienists I had seen. I was done with my exam and cleaning quick like as she talked and kept me great company. If you are one of those people who hate the dentist, I must say the time withered away before I realized the cleaning was over. My brain was on the conversation we were having. I decided to get her again for my next appointment. As much as I love going to the dentist, it should be noted that some are dry, forceful in their procedures, and seem like they are just going through the motions to get through the day. I haven’t had this experience here. Quite the opposite. I wasn’t due any x-rays today. However, it should be noted that Lane and Associates really takes the time to explain any issues. For example, I had a filling that was about 10 years old. The last time I came in and had x-rays, the doctor actually showed me on the x-ray where this filling was loose and almost completely gone. I have never had a dentist show me an x-ray and any issues. Usually a dentist it seems will just say, «You need a filling on tooth X. Schedule an appointment to have it filled.» There usually isn’t any explanation. You usually don’t see the x-ray. I know some people question dental practices where unnecessary procedures are done. I wonder about some of my past dentists now and the loot I have dropped. I haven’t gotten that feeling of being screwed over for money. I also will note how the doctor recognized I had a skin graft on my gums that I received while in junior high maybe. I got kicked in the mouth while wrestling and had to have a skin graft as well as a crown. Basically the tooth was pushed so far back that the root came through the gum. She was the first doctor that noticed and or said something about this. Again, this makes me wonder what my past dentists were thinking. Did they actually know or even care? She asked questions and wondered if there were any issues. The location, people, and practice works well for me. Since I love going to the dentist, this says a lot. Lane & Associates is head and shoulders above the dentists I have had in the past. I must add that this is the only dentist or medical practice that does something with appointments that I have never seen. They call to confirm a few days ahead. If you do not call back, they cancel your appointment. Usually a medical practice it seems will call and say, «Call back if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment.» They just assume that you are coming. This practice assumes that if you do not call back, then you are canceling. This should be noted.
