I have had some bad knots in my back for some time and other places I have been to have not been able to release them but they here. They did an amazing job it was both relaxing and therapeutical I would recommend this place to anyone I will definitely be coming back again!!!

Kneaded Energy and I had a recent misunderstanding pertaining to an appointment at the school clinic. When I aired my complaint, the owner personally responded, apologized for the situation, and offered me very fair compensation. This misunderstanding involved the student clinic downstairs and not the professional massage clinic upstairs. Incidentally, this incident was the first time, in many visits to KE, where I have had an issue. I would encourage anyone looking for a massage, albeit through one of their professionals or their students, to give them a try.

I was passing through town and in great need of a 90-​minute massage. I’m a flight attendant, so I was only in Greensboro for a small period of time and on short notice. I called several businesses for a same-​day-​appointment and finally landed on Kneaded Energy. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service I received.
Pros: When I called in, I explained I was staying at the Marriott and they offered to pick me up for my appointment. Major points here! I call that southern hospitality and this business delivered. The facility is gorgeous. By the entrance is a zen rock fountain and inside the décor was calming and aesthetically pleasing. The therapist seemed receptive throughout the massage and hit all the spots I had indicated needed attention. I was most pleased with the excellent customer service. From the owner picking me up to the kind front desk personnel, I was overwhelmed by their professionalism and decorum.
Cons: Half-​way through the massage, I heard two women having a conversation that lasted for several minutes– it was a bit disruptive. Also, after getting picked up and filling out paperwork in the lobby, my massage started about 12 minutes late. Wouldn’t have been a big deal, but my appointment technically started at 1 pm and the therapist finished at 2:30 on the dot. I wish he would have honored the 90-​minute massage length, but maybe he had to prepare for another appointment.
By and by, I would return! Greensboro has treated me well for a wayfarer.

I’m a long-​time client (6 years) and have watched Bill and Shelley Norman grow and expand their massage business, all while maintaining a positive calm space and adhering to a standard of excellence. My massage experience is always top-​notch and the therapists are knowledgeable and adept to dealing with each persons needs and physical form. The massages are on the upper range of cost for Greensboro, but I’m on their email list and take advantage of special package offers to get the cost down. I definitely believe in quality over quantity when it comes to massage. They also run a massage school and I believe you can get student/​teaching massages for less cost.
Take note, they are in a new location; a larger, more accessible building on Wendover.
