Goodwill

I drove up to the Goodwill on 3921 Battleground Greensboro NC 27 410 my first impression from the outside was… yes, I found a clean goodwill. However once I enter the threshold of the store was a different feeling, one of disgust. I said to myself yuk! I quickly said I appoligize God I should not be that away. I proceded to shop to offer suport for their cause. While shifting though dirty and broken items. I found some plates partly open box. The sticker was a Target sticker marked down to 4.95 for the plate set. When I checked out at Goodwill counter I asked the young lady at the register may I have these plates for 5.00 .She «said no Goodwill wants 14.95 for the plates. The plates are Gibson brand and they don’t even ask that much for their product. My question is why does Goodwill ask for donations and Mark up the items donated to them more than 100% ?Why! This is why I have them 2 stars

Great place for basics and hipster sweaters.

This is my FAV thrift store! I always find namebrand clothes, like aero, holster, a&f, loft… The men/​kids selection is small. This loc has several changing rms and nobody complains if u take a cart n/​or pal in. Pants r $ 5, shirts n slacks r $ 3.75 each. You can’t beat that! I always boast this place-​Across the street from walmart/​taco bell

A little birdie told me this was the best (or one ofthe best) goodwills in the area. Once I pulled up and there was a Waffle House next door, I agreed before I hit the Goddwill aisles…
I walked out of this Goodwill having spent 60 $. I got so much great stuff. I am a teacher and got some items for my classroom. I got some brand new shoes from another store (totally clean and still had codes on bottom so no one walked in them or that woud have rubbed off). I was so excited to find such a great Goodwill.
To the locals: The Goodwills and other thrift stores are generally more expensive in MA, where I am from so this was a real treat for me.
