If I could give this establishment a no star I would. This is the worst place for shoe and purse repair I have ever visited. I would not recommend this establishment to my worst enemy. The work they do is shoddy and the owner is extremely unprofessional. I took a purse and one shoe in for repair, I was told my items would be ready the next week. When I called to check the status of my order I was told my order was not ready and he could have it ready the following week. Well it took a total of three weeks to complete my order. The work done on the purse was absolutely awful and the shoe broke the next time I wore them. All he did to repair my shoe was stick it back in the hole with glue there was nothing sewn. When I called to see if I could get a refund on my shoe, I was told he does not do refunds. I told him to keep the money and I would never use his services again. Stay away from this place, there are plenty of shoe repairs in Greensboro that I am sure are professional and the workmanship is excellent. I will never use this establishment again.
