I couldn’t help but reach out to them to make this right. I spoke with the owner about the ring again and he said I could bring it back in, along with the earrings to show him what I expected and he’d do his best to make it right. I did, and he said he would order the stuff to put the color back on it. I picked it up today and my ring looks brand new again. I’m glad I didn’t just let it be and stay upset after the original issue. The owner did step in and make it brand new.

I recently took my wedding band here to be re-​sized, and Bill offered to clean it and to clean my engagement ring as well. He did such an amazing job, when I picked them up they were practically brand new rings (they’re art deco pieces from the 30s). I was amazed at how clean he was able to get them – they were stunning! I had originally taken my engagement ring to Schiffman’s, to have it cleaned, and they told me my ring had a loose diamond, and that they wouldn’t be able to clean it without fixing it, and to fix it they had to re-​structure the sides. They quoted me almost a thousand dollars for this! Unbelievable. After a careful (and I believe more accurate) examination, Bill informed me there was in fact, no loose diamond. He happily cleaned both rings (for FREE), and he re-​sized my band swiftly, and for a very reasonable price. Definitely take your jewelry here if you want an honest analysis and opinion, good customer service, and an excellent value.

This store has been so lovely to me. I tell everyone I can about them. They made me a custom ring I drew, and earring to match. They have also fixed countless pieces of jewelery I have bought over the years. The only place in Greensboro that does silver in house.
There is a young lady who is incredibly helpful there. She keeps me coming back time and time again.
