We booked this off of the website Trivago. Our room is nice and clean and there are two types of pillows on the bed. Soft and firm and it says that with the pillowcases. The room is clean the bed is very nice. The room is nicely painted it smells good there is a refrigerator in the room. There is a free full breakfast in the morning with waffles. The Wi-Fi is very fast and free. The outside of the hotel was nicely and neatly kept up and clean. It seems like a very nice safe place. The front desk receptionist was probably one of the nicest receptionist that we have ever run into staying at hotels around the country. The outside is very well lit. It is not fair and luxurious but it is clean and very nice for twice the price. We got two rooms here including tax for less than $ 100.

I visit Greensboro about 6 times a year and have stayed at Fairview Inn many times. It’s a nice place for a great price. Rooms are clean and when I was there right after Christmas, they had new bedding — feather duvets! Nice! the breakfast buffet is really nice, as is the staff.

Let me tell you about this«newly renovated» room. It has a night stand with cigarette burns that must have been installed at the factory. I can look out the crack at the bottom of the door and see what the weather is like outside, that’s handy. There’s one electrical outlet on the other side of the room with a surge protector on it. I’m sure it’s safe. Oh and here’s the best part, the bathroom counter comes up to my knees. MYKNEES! There looks to be some new artwork on the wall so to protect their investment they screwed it into the wall. I don’t think art thieves stay in $ 45/night hotels. On the plus side, the staff are really nice. The lobby looks redone but you should really put your money into the rooms because… who spends any time in the lobby other than the hotel staff?
