I frequent this location often, always hoping for a better service experience. Unfortunately the women who works the early shift most mornings is out right rude to everyone. Cutting you off, refusing to make simple modifications to orders, etc. This morning she told me I couldn’t get a lid for my drink before I even finished my statement. If you can get a better staff, the location may be reasonable.

Dunkin Donuts is basically the same everywhere. I was glad this was at the airport though. There was nothing else to eat and I had 2 hours until my flight. The selection consisted of plain and sesame seed bagels, croissants, and glazed donuts. The menu said they had vanilla chai tea but they didn’t. I had a watered down dunkachino instead.

Why am I reviewing a D&D? The coffee and food is pretty much the same EVERYWHERE, you say. And you’d be right. Here is some context. I think D&D gets one and a half stars as far as the no-frills coffee and food experience goes. And that’s ok; sometimes you need that. What makes each location a little different is the service experience. Some are better than others. And when the service experience is better, I think that is commendable. This is an airport location so it tends to ebb and flow as far as customers. But I noticed today that the staff is trained to look at the flight board to properly prepare for the waves of people that might come in based on flight times. It’s also friendly(since they are prepared for you) and the staff is nice. Also commendable. Thanks, Mr Manager at Piedmont-Triad for making my visit here a little more satisfying.

This is the only food option if you are in this area of the airport. So, well, I’ll definitely take it! The service was mediocre but I wasn’t expecting a whole lot so this was fine with me. I have not been to a Dunkin Donuts since I moved down South so it was interesting to see all of their menu expansions. I got the veggie, egg white, flat bread sandwich and it was actually quite tasty for fast food. Water is of course crazy over priced at $ 3.50 a bottle but so is the case at most airports. They had one or two donut selections, one kind of bagel, muffins, and then all the breakfast sandwiches. They had all the flavored coffee and lattes as well, which I think is probably what they are selling the most of here. If you are at PTI and hungry this is really all you have. We were happy with it!

Bagels are way too chewy. I mean, I eat bagels like everyday and these things were CHEWY(like chewbaca!). Coffee like another reviewer said does not seem to be made like other Dunkin coffee. Tasted funny. Way too sweet(I said two sugars).

Best Dunkin donuts coffee. I’ve been to a lot of airport Dunkin donuts and this is the freshest cup of coffee around. They move customers around efficiently especially in the morning rush. Love the GSO Dunkin donuts.

10:53am, no chicken salad and no tuna salad. Coffee is always fantastic though and hopefully the in-stock issues will subside when additional locations open in Greensboro in 2015.

Maybe I went on am off day but the service was horrible. If you don’t order exactly off the menu they get all confused. I ordered a croissant with egg cheese and turkey sausage. I don’t care how you ring it up as long as that is what I get. Second my boyfriend ordered a medium iced coffee and got a small. When he questioned them they said they didn’t have a small even though the board said sm, med lg. though they did charge him for a med. We go to Dunkin donuts enough to know what a med looks like. This place is horrible. I’d recommend you get breakfast before you get to the airport!!!

Came in to buy donuts. Kid came over to help me and I told him I wanted two dozen donuts. He said is that your car. Yes. What did you pay for it? Did u make payments or cash I’m totally shocked. For real? How rude. Don’t they teach manners in this town? I won’t be back

Food is ok. Server on Wednesday morning, 06/12, was grumpy and didn’t get my order right. The gentleman working behind the counter was pleasant & made up for his colleague’s attitude.

A little before 11am, this place has no chicken salad, no tuna salad, and no hash browns. Fail. The moral of the story is to eat before you arrive at the airport.

Don’t get me wrong, I really like Dunkin Donuts. All things being equal, I will chose DD over any other coffee provider. But this one just didn’t give me a warm and fuzzy feeling. It’s inside the airport and it’s like an empty shell of a storefront. The coffee didn’t’ even appear to be made like proper DD and didn’t taste like it. I chose not to finish my cup of coffee.

Staff is very friendly… the coffee is nothing memorable, other than being way too hot. Donuts and donuts, and what I got was adequate. It’s a Dunkin’ Donuts in a small airport… I guess you shouldn’t expect too much.

What I don’t get is all the buzz about Duncan Donuts’ coffee. Sure, a few years back, they changed the coffee beans they use and revamped their coffee selection, but it still tastes like filling station coffee to me. And while the donuts at Duncan Donuts are tasty enough(but, IMHO, not as tasty as Krispy Kreme), what’s a good donut or pastry without good coffee??? This particular location is situated inside The Piedmont Triad International(PTI) Airport, and is often busy with air travelers, so the coffee probably doesn’t sit around long enough to get stale — it’s just bad from the moment it’s brewed. The staff at the PTI Duncan Donuts are friendly and helpful, so that’s a plus. The décor is outdated, however, so the place just doesn’t look welcoming.
